Return & Exchange Policy – Sunshine Crockery & Kitchenware

At Sunshine Crockery & Kitchenware, we currently offer an exchange-only policy and do not process refunds in cash or original payment methods.

If you wish to return a purchased item, we will issue a credit note equivalent to the billed value of the product. This credit note can be used for future purchases at our store.

Please note:

• No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

• The credit note is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.

• The credit note must be presented at the time of your next purchase to redeem its value. No pictures and photos are considered.

We recommend checking products at the time of purchase to ensure satisfaction.
